About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Los Angeles and runs as a self-storage facility, with covered storage and climate-controlled units among the options. The listings show inside units with rollup doors, some on the ground floor and some reached by elevator, plus at least one outside spot with drive-up access for vehicle parking. Reviews are mostly strong, averaging 4.8 across 604 Google ratings. Several people name staff members for being thorough and patient, and a few mention the first-month rate and having costs explained clearly. Others describe the process as quick and easy, and some call the facility secure. Not every review is positive. One person wrote about a rat infestation and said they would not return, and another described an attempted break-in at their unit and said no one contacted them about it. Worth reading through the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
