About Public Storage
Public Storage in Lorton runs an RV storage lot that's open 24/7 with keypad and electronic gate access. You can pick from outdoor, covered, or indoor storage, and there's a free online reservation if you want to skip the counter. The place is lit and gated, and it's wheelchair accessible. Reviewers often mention the staff. Muneeb and Mr. Khan get shoutouts for being kind and helpful, with one person saying the manager made a transfer smooth. The facility is described as clean. But not everyone is happy: a few reviews mention mold ruining belongings, and some complain about rate hikes and rude management. Others say the front desk doesn't always give complete info. It's a busy location with 404 Google reviews and a 4.8 average. If you're storing an RV, the 24/7 access and gated entry are the main draws. What renters mention
“The customer service is great. The manager is courteous and very kind. Editing my old review from about a year ago as Muneeb goes out of his way to provide the customer care.” – G R., Edited 6 months ago, on Google
“Muneeb is providing top notch customer care. Just make sure to call ahead to set an appointment as the property managers may have to cover multiple locations. My rent went up and Mr.Khan was able to bring it down for next few months.” – Saba R., Edited 9 months ago, on Google
“Wrote a review about a year ago, editing it. The customer service is as excellent as before. The only thing I do not like is the rent going up. Other than that everything is good, never had any problems.” – Vector L., Edited 7 months ago, on Google
