About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Long Beach and handles more than household clutter. The listing includes automobile, boat and RV storage, with covered and indoor options among the storage types. Drive-up access shows up on some of the larger outside units, which helps if you would rather not thread a rig through a building. Access runs 24 hours, so you can drop by on your own schedule. Reviewers talk up the rental process a lot, and 26 mention it being easy. Staff come up even more: 41 reviews praise courteous employees, and a few name Ethan, DW and Darlene specifically. One renter said the property manager went beyond the usual service. Others describe the location as easy to reach without being crowded. The reviews are not all positive. A number of people report rats in their units and say staff were little help, including one who was told the front desk worker was not an exterminator. Those complaints are worth reading before you commit. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and there is an eRental option to skip the counter.
