About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Lombard and covers more than typical household storage. The unit list includes outdoor drive-up spaces and a 10x30 sized for a boat or vehicle, so an RV can fit alongside the usual 5x10 and 10x15 lockers. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Diane gets named a lot, described as knowledgeable, kind, and calm with new renters. The property itself draws comments for being clean and well kept, including a recent paint job. Access runs around the clock, which helps if you are dropping the rig off late. A few reviews go the other way. One person had a lock cut during building repairs and found a different lock on the unit. Another was told a billing date that later changed. Worth reading through before you sign.
