About Public Storage
This is the Public Storage on the Lancaster side of things, and the reviews back up the front office. Reviewers keep naming Kalena, Beverly and Vee. People describe them as patient, knowledgeable and willing to walk out and look at units in the heat. One reviewer said a staffer asked what they planned to store before picking a size. The setup covers self-storage, car storage, boat storage and RV storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor options mentioned. It's gated with keypad and electronic gate access, and there's a drive-up option plus an on-site manager. The site has lighting. The 4.9 rating across 731 reviews stands out for this kind of place. A few reviewers pushed back. One said the website listed 24/7 access that wasn't actually available, and complained about rate increases and trouble reaching the property manager. Overall the staff carry the reputation here. If you need a spot for a rig, reading the recent reviews is worth a few minutes before you sign.
