About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Kent and rents indoor units in a range of small to large sizes. Some come with drive-up rollup doors, others are inside with swing doors, and a few are near the door or elevator. Access is 24/7, and you can reserve online and use eRental to skip the counter on move-in day. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Peter gets named a lot, and people describe him as helpful, kind and quick to show you the unit and answer questions. One reviewer said the staff helped them out of a stressful situation and signed them up at another site on the spot. Others mention the place stays clean after a renovation and feels safe. Not every review is warm. A couple of people say their rent went up sharply after a few months and call it a bait and switch. A few others mention rat droppings and urine. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign.
