About Public Storage
Public Storage on Kaneohe runs a 4.8 rating across 420 Google reviews, and the staff names come up again and again. Reviewers mention Clark, Keanu, and Hau by name, describing them as friendly, informative, and quick to help. One caller called it the best customer service they'd had at any Public Storage. The facility is gated with keypad entry and lit, and 24-hour access is available. Storage types include covered, indoor, and outdoor, with drive-up access and room for boats and cars alongside RVs. Several reviewers describe the place as clean and secure. It's not all praise. Some reviewers say the interior looks run down, mention pests, and complain about rates going up every few months. A few call it fine for short stays but pricey long term. Worth reading the recent reviews before you commit, but the counter staff get consistent credit.
