About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Justice, Illinois, and it handles more than boxes. The unit list includes outdoor parking spots with drive-up access, which is what you want if you're rolling in with a rig and don't feel like threading a needle through a hallway. There are also enclosed 10x20 outside units and indoor 10x10 spaces with rollup or swing doors, some near the entrance. Access runs around the clock, so you can show up when traffic dies down. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Leandra and Anna get named a lot, and people describe them as patient, knowledgeable, and quick to return calls. The rental process reads as easy and the property as clean and quiet, with room to swing a large moving truck. One reviewer did flag trouble reaching a manager about a damaged unit door, so keep that in mind. Overall the place carries a 4.8 from 441 reviews. Online eRental lets you skip the counter, and reserving a space is free with no commitment.
