About Public Storage
Public Storage on Jensen Beach has outdoor parking for RVs and boats, plus drive-up and climate-controlled units if you need inside space. Reviewers often mention Kirk and Colby by name, saying the staff walked them through unit sizes and gate access without a rush. The property gets called clean and well-lit, and people describe the move-in process as easy. Not every review is glowing. One customer said the gate was broken for days and rent went up without notice. Another had trouble reaching anyone by phone after the facility changed hands. Weigh those against the hundreds of reviews praising the staff. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and you can use the eRental option to skip the counter. The company says it has been giving personal attention for nearly 50 years. Hours are posted, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
