About Public Storage
Drive-up units are the draw at this Jacksonville Public Storage. Ground floor, rollup doors, outside access. Sizes run from 5x5 up to 10x20, so there is room for a small trailer or a full-size rig. Gate access runs around the clock. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Kim, Jasmine, Amy and Debra get named for being kind, patient and quick to fix problems, and one reviewer said a manager turned a bad experience around. That same reviewer had earlier complained about rats in a stored unit, so check your space before you sign. Booking is free with no commitment, and online eRental lets you skip the counter. The company says it has been doing this for nearly 50 years. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and there is a moving supply store on site.
