About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Indianapolis map rents indoor and outdoor units with drive-up access, and the larger sizes (10x20 up to 10x30) are set up for vehicles and boats. Online rental lets you skip the counter and head straight to your space. Reservations are free, and you can back out without a commitment. The reviews lean on the staff. People name Beth and Tim over and over, saying they answered questions, explained options clearly, and made a stressful move easier. One reviewer mentioned a follow-up call to close the loop. Clean units and good rates come up too, and the location sits at 4.8 stars from 440 reviews. Not everything is covered: some units are outside and uncovered, some are enclosed with rollup doors, so check which one you are booking if weather matters for your rig. The office keeps posted hours rather than staying open around the clock. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
