About Public Storage
This Indianapolis Public Storage sits on the city's self-storage map with 379 Google reviews averaging 4.8 stars. Units range from small 5x10 to large 10x30, mostly outside drive-up spaces. There's also a climate-controlled 10x10 if your rig does better out of the weather. Reviewers tend to praise the staff. One names Emille as kind and helpful, and several point to a polite, informative front desk that makes move-in easy. The online reservation gets called fast and simple, and people mention the property manager following up on lock returns and move-outs. Not every review is warm. A few complain about gate trouble, pests, and rent going up. Others say it's hard to reach a person by phone. Hours are 6 AM to 9 PM daily, so if you work late, plan around that. Reserved online or in person.
