About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on the frontage road in Independence, just off 291, so getting a rig in and out is straightforward. Covered, indoor and outdoor storage are all mentioned, and the property is gated with keypad and electronic gate access. A 4.4 rating across 504 Google reviews is solid for storage. Most of the chatter centers on Kim, the on-site manager. Reviewers call her kind, patient and helpful, and several say she made moving and renting feel easy. One customer noted she waited past her shift to sort out an access problem at another location. Others mention the clean office, the welcoming feel and the security of the property. Not every review is glowing. One person described crumbling unit walls after cleaning out a family member's unit, and another reported a break-in and missing items, though that reviewer said Kim handled it professionally. Worth reading through before you commit. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available.
