About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage location in Hyattsville, and the reviews lean heavily on the staff. People keep naming the employees who helped them, and the words that come up most are nice and helpful. One reviewer said they got white-glove service. Another mentioned the manager specifically. A few describe renting a new unit or moving to a different one without problems. Not every review is warm. One is blunt about rats and ruined belongings, and the response did not satisfy that person. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit. For rigs, the largest option is a 10x30 outside unit with a rollup door, enclosed, with drive-up access, listed for a boat or vehicle. There is also a 10x20 outside drive-up space for vehicle parking. Smaller indoor units run from 5x5 up to 10x15, some on the ground floor and some by elevator. The property is open 24/7, and there is wheelchair access to the entrance and parking lot.
