About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Houston and offers climate-controlled units in sizes from 5x15 up to 10x30. Some are on the ground floor, others have elevator access. Online rental lets you skip the counter. Reviewers often mention the staff. Angie, Priscilla, and Alyssa get named for being helpful and patient. Many say the rental process was simple. But other reviews tell a different story: break-ins, no staff on site, and management not cooperating with police. The 4.7 rating comes from 357 reviews, so there's a mix. If you're parking an RV, note that the listed units are inside climate-controlled buildings, not open lots. That might suit a smaller rig or a trailer you want out of the heat, but check what's available for your size.
