About Public Storage
This Houston Public Storage earns a 4.7-star rating from nearly 300 Google reviews, and the staff get most of the credit. Reviewers call out Jorge, Tammy, Theresa, and Sheila by name for being kind and patient while helping them find the right unit. One person said the team worked hard to fix a problem. The place offers both climate-controlled inside units and outside drive-up spaces, so you can pick what suits your rig. Sizes run from 5x15 up to 10x30. Access is 24/7, and there's a moving supply store on site if you need boxes or tape. Reviewers also mention the property stays clean and the rental process is straightforward. Not every review is perfect, but the helpful staff and easy unit selection come up again and again.
