About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Houston and runs as a self-storage spot that also takes RVs, boats and cars. The indoor units are climate controlled, and access is open around the clock. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 794 Google ratings, which is a solid clip for a storage lot. What people keep mentioning is the staff. Reviewers call out Latoya, Layla, Marissa and Tiffany by name, saying they answer questions, explain unit sizes clearly and walk you through the options without rushing. Several describe the place as clean and the process as easy. A couple of reviews note the welcoming feel, one person said they were treated like family rather than a customer. You can reserve online for free with no commitment, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter and head straight to your unit. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available. The company says it has been giving the same personal attention for nearly 50 years.
