About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Houston and offers drive-up access on its larger outdoor units, including 10x20 and 10x30 spaces listed for vehicle or boat parking. Units come with rollup doors, and some are enclosed. A 10x15 with 24-hour access is among the options. Indoor units are available too if you want your rig out of the weather. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Nae gets named often for walking people to multiple units and answering questions by phone, including from customers who don't live in town. Others mention a property manager who was welcoming and explained lease terms clearly. The rating sits at 4.8 across 334 reviews, though one reviewer described a rude interaction at the counter. The property is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. Renting online is an option if you'd rather skip the counter. Hours vary, so check before you drive over.
