About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Houston and offers indoor, climate-controlled units in a few sizes, from small 5x10s up to large 10x15s. Some sit on the ground floor and some you reach by elevator. There are also larger outside units, 10x20 and 10x25, with drive-up access for rigs that fit that footprint. The property is open 24/7, and the climate control matters in a Houston summer. Reviews lean heavily on the people. Ms. Vee comes up again and again for walking customers through their options and explaining things clearly. Liz gets mentioned for stepping in when the online process got stuck. Reviewers describe the property as clean and the rental process as smooth. Online rental is an option if you want to skip the counter. The place has a 4.7 rating across 429 Google reviews, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
