About Public Storage
This Houston Public Storage handles more than just household goods. The lineup includes drive-up units that fit a vehicle or a boat, plus smaller indoor spaces if you just need to tuck something away. Some units are climate controlled, though one reviewer noted the indoor units are not. Access is 24/7, so you can roll in whenever. Reviews mention staff by name, and the theme is helpfulness. Sharon walked someone through how an invoice was calculated. Sheila showed units before a final decision and explained everything. Another reviewer called the manager nice and helpful, with the only snag being an appointment needed even with a reservation. A less happy reviewer reported rats and ruined belongings after a move, so it is worth asking about pest history. The rating sits at 4.9 from 691 Google reviews. Reservations are free with no commitment. You can rent online and skip the counter. The place is wheelchair accessible.
