About Public Storage
This Public Storage on North Freeway in Houston offers a mix of unit sizes. For RV owners, the options include 10x20 and 10x30 outside units with rollup doors and drive-up access. The 10x30 can fit a boat or vehicle. There are also climate-controlled indoor units if you need something different. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, calling them courteous and helpful. One reviewer appreciated April's help when a 10x30 wasn't available. Others note that Maxine and April went above and beyond. Not every review is positive, though. One person complained about a gate that was often down, and another called a staff member unprofessional. The facility is open 24/7, and online rental lets you skip the counter. If you're comparing spots, this one has a solid rating and a lot of feedback to read through.
