About Public Storage
Public Storage on W Gray in Houston offers covered, indoor, and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and cars. The lot is gated and lit, with keypad and electronic gate access. You can reserve online for free with no commitment and use eRental to skip the counter. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. Dee Dee, the office manager, gets praise for being pleasant and answering questions thoroughly. Ray is called welcoming and helpful, and Kiara is noted for great service on move-in day. People say the rental process is smooth and the facility is clean and secure. Not every review is positive. Some complain about rent increases over time and say long-term customers miss out on new-customer deals. Others mention maintenance issues like broken elevators and air conditioning, and one person had trouble with a stuck latch. It's worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
