About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Hollywood, Florida, and it's a self-storage spot that also handles vehicle and boat storage. Units come in a few shapes: small 5x10 lockers, medium 10x10s, and large 10x15 and 10x20 drive-up units with rollup doors. Some are climate controlled and inside, others are outside with elevator access. The facility is open 24/7, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Google reviews average 4.6 across 711 ratings, and a lot of the praise lands on the staff. April, the property manager, comes up again and again. One reviewer who books storage for moving clients called her professional and patient, and another said she checked in regularly. Several people said the in-person team sorted out what they needed, though more than one warned against calling the overseas phone line. Reviews also bring up pests and the locked dumpster, so read the recent ones before you commit.
