About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Hollins has been around for years and offers covered, indoor, and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and cars. It's gated and lit with 24/7 keypad access. There's also drive-up access and a self-storage app. Reviewers mention the property manager, Sara, by name. She's helped people figure out what size unit they need and greeted them with a smile. Cleanliness comes up a lot, too. The place is described as clean and well maintained. One thing to know: a few reviewers have complained about rent increases without notice. They say the contract allows it. So read your paperwork. Overall, the staff gets good marks for answering questions and being helpful.
