About Public Storage

This Hobart spot on the self-storage map handles more than boxes. It rents outdoor uncovered parking sized for RVs, boats and vehicles, plus enclosed outside units in sizes up to 10x30 with rollup doors and drive up access. Some units are marked for boat or vehicle use. The lot gives you 24 hour access, so you are not tied to office hours when you want to pull in or out. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Across 591 Google reviews the rating sits at 4.7, and names like Felicia, Phyniece and Tyler show up in the comments. People describe them as sweet and informative, quick to help with app trouble, payment questions and transferring to another location. Several call the rental process easy and the units clean and well maintained. Not every review is glowing. One person had trouble reaching anyone by phone and ran into a schedule change while picking up an auction win, though they later heard from a manager who apologized. Worth knowing before you commit. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter.
