About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Hialeah, right off Okeechobee Rd. The lot is gated, and the office draws steady praise in reviews for being clean and the staff friendly and informative. Several reviewers name specific employees who walked them through a tour or sorted out a payment issue on the spot. Unit sizes run from small 5x15 up to 10x25. The larger ones split two ways: climate-controlled inside units with elevator access and rollup doors, or a 10x25 on the ground floor with outside drive-up access. That drive-up option is the one to ask about if you'd rather not thread a rig through a building. At 4.6 stars across 372 reviews, most of the feedback is positive. Not all of it is. Some reviewers describe theft and people getting past the gate, and one mentions the phone app failing to open the gate or elevators. Worth reading those before you commit. The facility is wheelchair accessible.
