About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Hialeah and handles more than boxes. Covered, indoor and outdoor spots are all mentioned, and the lot takes RVs, boats and cars alongside regular units. Gates are electronic with keypad entry and lighting, and the property is open 24/7 with an on-site manager. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Guido gets named more than once for walking people through their options and answering questions, and the process reads as fast and clear in several reviews. Others call the facility clean and secure. Not every review is warm. One renter said the app would not open gates or doors, lights were out in their area, and autopay showed a late payment. Another had trouble reaching the office by phone or in person. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
