About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Herndon offers indoor and drive-up units, including a 10x20 that can fit a vehicle. You get 24/7 access, so you can come and go on your schedule. The property is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and parking. Reviewers often mention the courteous staff, with several calling out a manager named Hunter for being especially helpful. Cleanliness comes up too, though opinions vary: some say the facility is well-maintained, while others note it has improved recently. A few long-term customers appreciate the management's help over multiple rentals. Not every review is positive. Some complain about mice and rats damaging their belongings, and one called the insurance reimbursement a scam. Others mention rude service and prices that changed without clear explanations. The office isn't always open, but management does return calls. For the price, it's a decent option if you confirm the details that matter to you.
