About Public Storage
Public Storage sits at 1850 Lapalco Blvd in Harvey, and the reviews make one thing clear: the staff is the draw. Reviewers call out Jan, Trenise and Dashauna by name for being patient, answering questions and explaining how storage works. One person said a phone call had them on their way in under five minutes. Others mention getting help finding the right unit and a better price. The units come in a range of sizes, from 5x10 up to 10x30. Some are climate controlled and inside on the first floor. If you would rather pull up to your door, there is a 10x20 outside unit with drive-up access. Access is available around the clock, and the site is wheelchair accessible, entrance and parking lot both. Renting can be done online, and the listing says reserving a space is free with no commitment. Packing supplies are sold on site, which a few reviewers mention using during their move. Cleanliness comes up in the reviews as well. The facility has a 4.9 rating across 380 Google reviews.
