About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Gladstone handles more than just household goods. The facility offers covered, indoor, and outdoor spots for RVs, boats, and cars, plus drive-up access for some units. It's gated and lit, with keypad entry and 24/7 access for renters. Reviewers often mention the staff, with several people calling out a helpful property manager who went out of her way to assist. Clean units come up too. But there's a clear pattern of complaints about fees and rate increases that you should read through before signing anything. A few reviews also mention water damage and mold. It's a big, established operation with an on-site manager and online rental option. If you need a spot for a rig and want around-the-clock access, it's worth a look, just go in with your eyes open on the cost side.

What renters mention
“Great place. The property manager helped us move one of our cars into the storage unit. The engine isn't running but we're working to rebuild it. But she saw us and asked if we needed help and she jumped right on in there helping me push.” – JaLissa W., a year ago, on Google
“Pam was very helpful and friendly. The last self storage facility I used was awful. I could never get answers to simple questions or sometimes reach anyone at all. So far Pam has made my experience easy and hassle free. Thank you so much!” – Heather T., 2 months ago, on Google
“My experience at this location has been very awesome. No complaints, very clean and very informative. When you need to know about something. Management is great. They are very well manageable , and will work with you.” – Andrea S., 8 months ago, on Google
