About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Gilbert and handles more than household goods. Reviewers mention car, boat and RV storage, plus indoor, covered and outdoor units. The gate is coded and lit, and you can get in any hour of the day or night. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Christina and Taylor get called out by name for walking people through the rental process, showing units in person, and answering questions without a rush. One reviewer reserved online and finished the paperwork at the counter the same day. Another added a spouse to their access through the app. Climate-controlled units came up from someone storing a piano after a pipe burst at home. The site also sells moving supplies, from boxes to tape and packing paper. Rates got called fair in a couple of reviews. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and there is an eRental option for skipping the counter.
