About Public Storage
On Ray Road in Gilbert, this Public Storage handles more than just household goods. The lot also takes RVs and boats, with covered, indoor and outdoor spots mentioned. Access is through a gate and keypad, and the place is open 24/7, so you can roll in or out whenever. Reviewers keep naming the staff, especially Lynn and Debbie, for being patient and helpful during rentals. People say the facility is well lit and clean, and the rental process goes smoothly. One reviewer was grateful for a simple map to find their unit. A few mention a free first month. The overall rating sits at 4.9 from over 500 reviews. Not every review is glowing. One long-term customer warned about what they called predatory business practices after moving out, and noted the manager is not always on site. Read the lease terms before you sign. Reservations can be made online through eRental, and the same staff attention has been part of the company for nearly 50 years.
