About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Union Road in Gastonia and covers self storage along with car, boat and RV parking. It's a big operation by review count, 386 of them, and the average sits at 4.6 stars. Reviewers keep coming back to the people at the counter. Ally gets named more than once for walking customers through the paperwork and for sorting out a rate that had crept up. Carla and Brandon show up too, including one renter who asked Brandon to clear a wasp nest and said he did it without hesitating. Others mention easy entry, a clean property and a kiosk that makes the process quick. Not every review is warm. One customer complained about being charged a cleaning fee on a unit that still held their belongings after two weeks. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you sign. The property has wheelchair accessible parking and an entrance, and online rental lets you skip the counter.
