About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Fort Worth and handles more than just household clutter. The lot has large uncovered drive-up spaces for RVs, boats, and other vehicles, so you can pull in and park without squeezing into a tight aisle. There are also indoor units with rollup doors if you want your rig under cover. Reviewers mention Bill by name, often saying he walks them through the process and makes them feel at home. The property gets called spotless and easy to get around. Others note that staff are good at answering questions and helping with the rental process, though one reviewer had trouble with registration and payment before Bill stepped in. The place has been around for decades, and one family says they have stored items here for over 20 years. Online rental is an option if you want to skip the counter.

What renters mention
“Had a hard time figuring out how to complete my registration and payment. For two days I was passed back and forth between people and no one was able to help me. I was finally directed to Bill who was finally able to help me!” – Rachel R., a year ago, on Google
“I see lots of references to "Bill" and for good reason. Bill immediately made me feel comfortable as he walked me though the processes and property. As we were on the way to my new unit, he said "Hello" to at least three other clients.” – Giles M., a year ago, on Google
“Our family has had a storage unit here for over 20 years, and that probably tells you everything you need to know. We were impressed with the management, especially how Bill always treated us like family.” – Stephanie H., a year ago, on Google
