About Public Storage

The lot is gated and lit, with keypad entry and access any hour of the day. You can reserve online and skip the counter with eRental if you would rather head straight to your space. Others mention clean units, carts on hand, and a quick reservation process. The gripes are worth knowing: a few reviewers say the monthly rate crept up over time, and more than one found an elevator out of service. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.
