About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Fort Worth side runs both indoor and outdoor storage, so you can pick between a climate-controlled unit inside or a drive-up spot for an RV, boat, or vehicle. The 10x25 bays and large outside spaces are the ones to look at if you have a rig to park. Reviews run positive overall, and a lot of them name the staff. People mention Juan and Mandy by name for being organized, friendly, and quick to sort out a booking mix-up. One reviewer liked that Juan called ahead to set a time so there was no waiting at the counter. Others said the facility looks clean and safe. The one complaint worth flagging is rate increases. A reviewer noted the monthly bill crept up over time, ending well above what they first signed up for. The site is open 24/7 and the entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
