About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Bluffton Road in Fort Wayne, and the reviews point to the staff more than anything else. Kristie gets named again and again, for staying late, solving problems fast and treating people with patience. One reviewer moving to Oklahoma said the crew kept their things safe and checked in by phone along the way. The unit mix runs from small 5x5 and 5x10 inside units up to large 10x25 drive-up spaces that take a boat or vehicle. Some of the bigger outside units have rollup doors and drive-up access, so you can pull right up to load. Indoor options are there too if you would rather keep your rig out of the weather. Access is 24/7 and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible. Reviews are mostly warm, though one person complained about mold and the monthly rate on a 10x10. Worth reading through before you commit. Reservations are free with no commitment, and online eRental lets you skip the counter.
