About Public Storage
Public Storage on Guinea Road in Fairfax offers indoor storage units in several sizes, from small 5x5 lockers up to large 10x20 drive-up units. The facility is lit and open 24/7. Online rental lets you skip the counter. Reviewers often mention the small units and the helpful front desk staff. One reviewer praised a manager named Tina for sorting out a reservation. Another noted that staff secured a unit with a lock when the renter could not return. Not every review is positive. Some mention access problems and fees. One renter reported a leaking roof in a specific unit and water damage. Management refunded a month's rent and offered another unit.
