About Public Storage

Public Storage runs a self-storage site in Evans, Colorado, with units that fit everything from a few boxes to a boat or vehicle. Some spaces are climate controlled and inside on the first floor, and others are outside with drive-up access. The 10x25 size is set aside for boats and vehicles, so there is a spot for a rig bigger than a car. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Rodney, the manager, gets named for walking people through the rental and answering questions they had not thought to ask. Oscar is called friendly and patient, and Cathy gets a mention for being helpful. People also describe the property as clean and secure, and several like that the gate and unit door can be opened from the mobile app. One reviewer said the online rental went through without problems and praised the climate control. Not every review is warm: one complains about lighting and lost access, and another about a rent increase after a complaint. Recent reviews mention a name change and higher prices. Access is 24/7, so you are not stuck to business hours. The office is wheelchair accessible. Renting online is an option if you want to skip the counter.
