About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Edina side of the Twin Cities handles more than just household goods. You can park an RV, boat, or car here, with covered, indoor, and outdoor spots. The lot is gated and lit, and you get keypad entry around the clock. Reviewers often mention the staff. Shirley and Zoe come up by name for being friendly and knowledgeable, and one renter said Zoe went to bat for them on a billing issue. People also talk about the easy rental process and getting set up without much fuss. Not every review is glowing. Some complain about rent going up every few months, and a couple mention maintenance problems or trouble reaching a manager. It's worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit. The place is wheelchair accessible, and you can rent online to skip the counter.
