About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Durham's self-storage scene has a 4.8-star rating from 327 Google reviews. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Beverly, who's been at this location for years. People say she listens, helps switch unit sizes, and makes the rental process feel easy. Units range from small 5x5 lockers to large 10x30 spaces, so there's room for an RV or boat alongside standard storage. Access is 24/7, and the property is wheelchair accessible. One reviewer reserved a 10x15 online and found it clean and ready when they showed up. Another mentioned getting a long-term rate after calling. Not every review is glowing.
