About Public Storage
Public Storage on McElroy Road in Doraville runs a self-storage facility that also handles RVs, boats, and cars. You can pick from covered, indoor, or outdoor spots, and the place is gated with keypad access and lighting. There's an on-site manager, and drive-up access makes dropping off a rig less of a production. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Amber gets named a lot for walking people through the sign-up process and explaining policies clearly. Gwen helped one renter transfer units without any headache. With 452 reviews and a 4.8 rating, the feedback is mostly positive, though one reviewer did complain about a rate increase on a second-story unit. Reserving online is free, and you can use eRental to skip the counter. If you'd rather talk it through, the on-site manager is there. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
