About Public Storage
Public Storage in Doral runs a clean, secure facility with climate-controlled units and 24/7 access. Reviewers often mention Melania, the property manager, by name, saying she's helpful and professional. One long-time customer has been renting since 2010 and recommends the location. The rental process gets consistent praise for being quick and straightforward. Online reservations are available, and customers appreciate the variety of unit sizes. Some reviewers mention the elevators and ground-floor options. Not every review is positive. One customer complained that the two forklifts are often unavailable and the bathroom is sometimes closed. Still, most reviews highlight the cleanliness and security of the property. The facility is wheelchair accessible and also offers moving supplies.
