About Public Storage
This Dallas Public Storage handles more than just household goods. The facility rents covered, indoor, and outdoor spots for RVs, boats, and cars, and the gate is keypad-controlled with lighting and 24/7 access. You can reserve online and use eRental to skip the counter. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, especially Jill, for being polite and quick during check-in. One customer said they were treated like a VIP and praised the professional service. Another noted that Jill made sure they understood everything before they left. The reviews are not all positive. One person had a billing dispute over a charge on a debit card not tied to the account. A few others describe frustrating customer service experiences. With a 4.7 rating across 478 reviews, most people seem satisfied, but it is worth reading the recent ones yourself.
