About Public Storage
This Dallas Public Storage sits on a gated lot with cameras, and the rental options include outdoor drive-up spaces plus 10x25 and 10x30 spots sized for boats and vehicles. Some units are climate controlled. You can reserve online for free, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter. The staff gets a lot of love in the reviews. People describe them as kind and helpful, quick to answer questions, and one reviewer named Evert specifically. Others mention a clean property and an easy rental process. Not every review is glowing. Several people report rodents and bugs in their units, and one says an RV parked here was broken into. A few also mention rent going up and people sleeping on the property. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
