About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Cypress, Texas, and rents climate-controlled units in sizes from 5x15 up to 10x30. Some are inside on the first floor, others upstairs by elevator. There is also a 10x10 outside unit with 24 hour access. The property is listed as open 24/7 and has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviews are mixed, and the staff draw most of the praise. Reviewers call them polite and informative, and a few mention a sense of humor. People also write about clean spaces and a quick rental process, and some had good luck with the kiosk check-in. Others describe a rougher time. Several say no one is on site, that calls go unanswered, and complaints about rate increases show up more than once. Carts were called scarce and beaten up. Read the recent reviews before you book, especially if you want a person to talk to.
