About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Cypress and handles more than household overflow. The listing mentions covered, indoor and outdoor storage plus boat, car and RV parking, so there is a spot for a rig that does not fit the driveway. Access runs through an electronic gate with keypad entry, and the lot is lit. Reviews land at 4.7 stars across 244 ratings, and a lot of them talk about Rosa, the on-site manager. People describe her as cheerful and easy to talk to, and several say she walked them through the rental process and explained things clearly. One reviewer had a problem and said she handled it without the usual runaround. Others mention the app for getting in and out, and a few call the property clean and secure. Not every review is glowing. One complains about added fees and a refund issue. You can reserve online for free with no commitment, and eRental lets you skip the counter. Drive-up access is available. The office keeps hours rather than staying open around the clock.
