About Public Storage
On a quiet cul-de-sac in Cranston, this Public Storage handles self-storage plus car and boat parking. The gate runs on a personal access code entered at keypads on each side, and renters have 24/7 access. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Kathy and Kari. People say they answer questions, call when a lock isn't secured right, and get back to messages fast. Others describe the property as clean and orderly, with the lot cared for and units checked regularly. One reviewer reported rainwater getting into their unit and a burned-out light they were told wasn't the staff's job to replace. Most of the 447 reviews are positive, so it's worth reading a few yourself before you book. Online rental is available if you want to skip the counter.
