About Public Storage
Public Storage runs a self-storage site in Corona that also takes RVs, boats and cars. Vehicle spaces come covered, indoor or outdoor, so you can pick how much weather protection you want. The lot is gated with keypad and electronic entry, and there is drive-up access. Reviewers keep coming back to the people at the front desk. Robin and Jen get named a lot, described as professional and easy to talk to, with one person saying a promised call actually came. Others mention a welcoming atmosphere and being walked through the process of a lost key or a new lock without hassle. Not every review is warm. One longtime tenant wrote about a break-in and said follow-up was slow. Another complained that a broken elevator led nowhere on a refund. Worth reading through the 763 reviews yourself before you sign. Reserving online is free and you can rent online to skip the counter.
