About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Coon Rapids and handles more than household goods. The category list covers automobile, boat and RV storage, and the space options include covered, indoor and outdoor spots. Access is through a gated, lit entry with a keypad, and the property is open 24/7 with an on-site manager. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Crystal gets named a lot for being patient and answering questions, and Matthew and Vanessa show up too. One person called the rental process easy from start to finish. Plenty of reviews are just about getting questions answered. Not every review is glowing. One renter said a unit measured smaller than advertised and that getting a callback took a couple of hours. Worth knowing before you book. The overall rating is 4.7 from 429 reviews, so most people came away satisfied.
